This place is "Vista Del Valle Drive" and close to Griffith Observatory. There are a lot of paths so it's ideal for hiking (except for Sully).

It took me 2 times to find the spot inside this Elysian Park.

The first time, I thought I found the place but it was a similar view but not the good one.

When I went there, there was a kid's party going on at the same time (behind the pictures) and a DJ playing on the right side with people and bikes.
